What is this?

Media Dev Toolkit is a collection of free, fast, and private tools for developers, designers, and creators. Every tool runs entirely in your browser, nothing is uploaded to any server.

Tools

• Base64 Studio - Encode and decode images, audio, and video to/from Base64
• Media Resizer - Resize images and videos, adjust quality, convert formats
• Compress / Extract - Gzip text compression and ZIP file handling
• HTML → EXE - Convert HTML files into standalone Windows executables
• GIF Kit - Create and edit animated GIFs from videos, GIFs, or images
• Sprite Cutter - AI-powered background removal and auto-cropping for sprites

Privacy first

All processing happens locally on your device using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your computer. We don't track what you do with the tools, and we don't collect or store any of your files or data.

Technology

Built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The AI background removal uses ONNX Runtime Web with the Silueta segmentation model running entirely client-side via WebAssembly. GIF encoding and decoding uses a custom LZW implementation. No frameworks, no build tools, no dependencies beyond what loads in your browser.
